These are some wire drawing dies, such as natural diamond dies, polycrystalline diamond dies (PCD dies), tungston carbide dies, beside, imported American GE dies and Japanese WD dies. They may draw some soften wires and more harder ones as well. Eg. The soften wire including copper wires and aluminum wires. The more harder wires including iron wire, stainless steel wire and welding wire.

natural diamond dies have very high smooth finish, precise dimensions and good wear resistance, which can be used in the process of drawing various ferrous and non-ferrous metal wires. Normal diameters of die hole: 0.02 ~ 1.50mm. We can manufacture the dies of tiny stainless steel wire. And these dies are sold to worldwide well.

polycrystalline diamond dies (PCD dies) have very good smooth finish, precise dimensions and very high wear resistance (its use limit even several times longer than natural diamond die), which can be used in the process of drawing various ferrous and non-ferrous metal wires.

We use the PCD die blanks from COMPAX GE (United States) or SUMIDIA SUMITOMO (Japan) or CD (China) & ordinary PCD (China).
